Epic Breaths – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Epic Breaths. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before booking or participating in any yoga or breathwork sessions offered by Epic Breaths ("we," "us," or "our").

• All bookings are subject to availability.
   
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
   
• We accept payments via [specify methods, e.g., bank transfer, Revolut, etc.].
   
• Prices are as stated and may be subject to change without prior notice.
   
• Block lessons (Yoga Dudes): For courses or blocks of multiple sessions (e.g., 10-week courses), payment is required in full to secure a place. Once attendance is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds can be issued, except in the case of a verified medical reason supported by a doctor’s note, at the discretion of the teacher.
   

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a single session may receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
   
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a single session may not be refunded.
   
• For block lessons (Yoga Dudes), no refunds are available once payment is confirmed, unless an injury or medical condition prevents participation and is verified by a doctor’s note.
   
• In case of illness or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible; exceptions may be made at our discretion.
   

• All participants should consult their healthcare provider before joining, especially if pregnant, injured, or having medical conditions.
   
• Participation is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injury or health issue arising from attending sessions.
   
• Please inform us of any health concerns or limitations before participating.
   

• We collect and use your personal data only for booking and communication purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   
• Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
   

• All content, including materials, images, and session plans, remain the intellectual property of Epic Breaths.
   
• Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.
   

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
   
• Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
