As a former classroom teacher and native English speaker, I offer something unique: immersive English yoga and breathwork workshops that combine movement, Buteyko breathing techniques, and mindfulness. These programs are not just yoga classes - they are an innovative, evidence-based way to support student wellbeing, focus, and English learning.

I am here because my programs go beyond traditional yoga classes. I combine Buteyko breathwork, mindful movement, and immersive English learning, into every workshop to support students’ wellbeing, focus, and emotional regulation. I offers schools a science-backed, innovative approach to enhance both learning and mental health - something that is hard to come by!
Epic Breaths programs are carefully designed to support students at every stage of development - from preschoolers taking their first mindful breaths to high school students managing stress during critical learning years. By integrating Buteyko breathwork, mindful movement, and yoga, we work with the nervous system at key developmental moments:
By aligning breath, movement, and mindfulness with the scientific principles of nervous system regulation, students are better equipped to learn, retain language, and manage emotions, creating an optimal environment for both wellbeing and academic success.
Building on the success of our yoga and Buteyko breathwork programs, NeuroLAB™ STEM 2026 was developed to meet a clear need: supporting students’ emotional regulation, focus, and cognitive skills directly within the school environment, in real time, while they are learning. Traditional classroom approaches often overlook the role of breath and body awareness in managing stress and sustaining attention - skills that are crucial for language learning and academic performance.
NeuroLAB™ combines evidence-based breathwork techniques with movement, CLIL English, and STEM principles to create an environment where students can practice self-regulation as part of their everyday lessons. The program was trialed and recognised by the Comune, validating its approach and impact. Following this recognition, NeuroLAB™ is set to launch in multiple schools in 2027, offering a structured, science-backed framework for bringing mindfulness, breath, and cognitive skills into the classroom.
